Welcoming Global Customers

Seamless Global Ordering with Transparency

IKAWA Group Sdn. Bhd. ("we," "us," or "the Company") operates the website www.ikawagroup.com and proudly serves customers worldwide. This International Order and Payment Policy outlines the procedures for international orders, shipping, and payment processing for purchases made through the Website. We aim to provide a seamless experience for our international customers while ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations and protecting the Company’s interests. By placing an international order, you agree to the terms of this policy. For inquiries, contact our Customer Service team at +603-3341 9439 or info@ikawagroup.com.

1. International Orders

a. Placing an International Order

International customers must use the dedicated section for international orders during checkout on www.ikawagroup.com. Our Website includes a shipping estimator that calculates estimated shipping costs before you finalize your order. While we strive to ensure accuracy, actual shipping costs may vary depending on the selected shipping agent (e.g., GDex Express Sdn. Bhd. or other freight services). We recommend self-arrangement of pickup by your preferred courier or shipping agent for greater control over shipping costs and logistics. If you choose self-arranged pickup, our Customer Service team will contact you via email to coordinate the process.

b. International Duties and Taxes

IKAWA Group Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for paying international duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. To obtain an estimate of these costs in advance, please contact your local customs authority. We recommend confirming these charges before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs upon delivery.

2. Payment for International Orders

a. Payment Methods

All international credit card orders must be processed through PayPal to ensure secure and efficient transactions. Alternatively, payments can be made via Telegraphic Transfer (TT). For TT payments, please email a copy of the TT transfer slip to info@ikawagroup.com, and we will proceed with the necessary arrangements. Orders will only be processed and packed after full payment is received, typically within 3-5 working days from payment confirmation.

b. Customer Information and Verification

When completing the checkout process, you must provide accurate personal information, including your full name and billing address, which must match the details on file with your credit card provider or PayPal account. Inaccurate information may result in transaction declines. For credit card payments via PayPal, you must also provide the 3-digit verification code on the back of your card to complete the order. These measures are implemented to enhance security and protect both the cardholder and IKAWA Group Sdn. Bhd. against potential fraud.

3. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping Process

Once payment is confirmed, we will begin packing your order, typically within 3-5 working days. For orders shipped via GDex Express Sdn. Bhd. or other selected shipping agents, you will receive tracking information via email. For self-arranged pickups, our Customer Service team will coordinate with you or your chosen courier to ensure a smooth process. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected courier.

b. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. IKAWA Group Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect address information, customs delays, or issues with your selected courier. All shipping fees, including those for self-arranged pickups, are borne by the customer.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, IKAWA Group Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from international orders, shipping, or payment processes, except where such loss results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We make no warranties regarding delivery times, customs processes, or the performance of third-party shipping agents, beyond those required by the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable laws.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this International Order and Payment Policy at our discretion to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued placement of international orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
